The towel is woven from 100% linen – thin and quick-drying, with a small check pattern in the weave. Beautiful when paired with the bath towel as a set in the bathroom. The towel also pairs perfectly with our glass towels and dishcloths for the kitchen.
The more it’s used, the softer and more delightful it becomes. It gains structure and character if left unpressed. Woven with unbleached linen in the warp and colored or unbleached weft. A hanging loop on each short side.
Easy to care for – simply wash at 60°C and hang to dry; no ironing or pressing required. Of course, if you prefer a smoother and softer towel, it can be both ironed and pressed.
Linen has the unique ability to absorb moisture better and dry faster than any other natural material. A dishcloth made from pure linen absorbs efficiently and allows you to wipe completely dry. The dishcloth is woven using a technique that makes it porous and flexible. It dries quickly, preventing sour smells and bacteria growth.
Before first use, and whenever needed, the linen dishcloth should be machine washed at 60°C or boiled in a pot of water on the stove. Linen comes from nature, so when the cloth has served its time, it can simply be placed in the compost.
