A thin and delightful quality in 100% linen, designed for sewing clothing. Dense and flexible, and of the highest quality, woven at our mill in Hälsingland. Woven with semi-bleached linen yarn in both warp and weft. This fabric has been washed and irioned.
We offer the shirt linen in several variations and color combinations:
WHITE: woven with semi-bleached linen yarn in both warp and weft.
BLACK: dyed black.
UNBLEACHED: woven with unbleached linen yarn in both warp and weft.
MELANGE: woven with unbleached linen yarn in the warp and dyed linen yarn in the weft, resulting in a softly melange color. Available in black/unbleached, blue/unbleached, cerise/unbleached, and leaf green/unbleached weft. Note: The unbleached warp softens and lightens the weft color, so the black color appears as a gray melange in the finished fabric.
The fabric can be purchased either untreated or washed and pressed.
- Shrinkage: approx. 3-7%.
- Width (untreated): approx. 160 cm.
- Width (washed): approx. 150 cm.
- Approx. 160 g/m².
This fabric is also excellent for use as tablecloths, towels, napkins, curtains, etc.
