Our philosophy is to hire employees with a good attitude; the rest can be taught!

We operate within a very specific niche where we are experts in linen and weaving. Finding staff with that expertise is difficult, so we often hire young people from the area who want to live in the countryside, have a good attitude, and are eager to learn. They can then serve as "apprentices" and gradually acquire the necessary knowledge. Working with something that very few master fills us with great pride in our craftsmanship, and we are happy to share our expertise with those who visit us.

Currently, we are a team of 9 full-time employees. During the summer and weekends, our fantastic team is reinforced by a delightful group of temporary staff.

Our guiding principles - solid, personal, and innovative - permeate everything we do. We strive to offer solid products, build personal relationships with our customers, and be innovative in our design and business strategy.
